The solution wasn't simply to redesign a website. It was to completely rethink how digital content could serve as both value in itself and a pathway to deeper engagement.
We started by getting to the heart of their community's needs. Women founders want relevant content that speaks to their specific challenges, aspirations, and stage of business. This insight shaped our approach to content architecture, creating multiple entry points based on a visitor's role, industry, and interests.
The homepage became a dynamic showcase, highlighting founder stories alongside practical resources like articles, podcast episodes, events, and tools. Each piece of content was designed not as a dead end, but as a jumping-off point to explore related topics, creating natural discovery paths that keep visitors engaged.
But impressive content alone doesn't build community. Throughout the site, we strategically integrated proof points of the Entreprenista League's value such as member stories, collaboration wins, funding secured, and connections made. These real examples showed potential members exactly how joining could transform their business journey.
One of our biggest challenges was balancing the sheer volume of content types without overwhelming visitors. We leveraged Entreprenista's strong visual brand identity, using color and typography to create clear differentiation between sections. The Entreprenista 100 Awards, for instance, needed to feel premium and celebratory, while resource sections required clarity and accessibility.
We built a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across the entire platform, creating a cohesive experience whether browsing on mobile or desktop. This design system empowers the Entreprenista team to grow their content library while preserving the integrity of their brand.
The result is a digital hub that serves as both a valuable resource and an effective conversion tool: the perfect blend of mission and sustainability. The platform now powers a thriving community of over 2,000 members who return again and again, finding not just information, but also inspiration and connection.
Stephanie Cartin and Courtney Spritzer, the dynamic duo behind Entreprenista, have built a powerful ecosystem for women founders. What began as a social media agency (Socialfly) evolved into a mission to empower women entrepreneurs through their podcast, community platform, and educational resources. From their own journey scaling a seven-figure agency to hosting events and celebrating women-founded businesses through the Entreprenista 100 Awards, Stephanie and Courtney have created the support system they wish they had when starting their first business.

Transform the Entreprenista website from a simple landing page into a comprehensive content destination that would both serve as an educational resource as well as convert visitors into paying members of the Entreprenista community.
We reimagined what Entreprenista’s website could be, creating a dynamic content hub that serves up personalized resources based on each visitor's specific role and needs. We strategically interwove membership benefits with powerful community testimonials, showing (not telling) the value of joining. All of this was wrapped in Entreprenista's vibrant new brand identity, with a robust design system ensuring consistency across every touchpoint.
The new platform has become the digital heart of the Entreprenista community, with an ever-growing library of articles, podcast episodes, founder stories, and event information. By balancing rich content with clear pathways to membership, we've created a destination that draws entrepreneurs back again and again, while steadily growing the Entreprenista League's membership to over 2,000 ambitious founders.
